Fans targeting Novak Djokovic to be kicked out of the Australian Open

The tournament officially kicks off on Monday.

Final preparations are underway at Melbourne Park ahead of the much anticipated Australian Open Tennis tournament, officially kicking off on Monday

Tennis superstars from across the world continue to descend on the sporting capital, with practice matches underway in the lead up.

Officials are this year predicting record breaking crowds across the 2 week period, following COVID-19 capacity limits over the past few years.

Novak Djokovic is set to this year return to centre court, following the visa incident which saw the Serbian champion deported in 2022.

Fans are however being warned not to target the former world No. 1, with boss Craig Tiley this year putting a tough stance on spectator behaviour.

"They can stay away or we will kick them out," Tiley told the Herald Sun.

Security will reportedly be on the lookout for people causing issues.
