Massive crowd protests against mandatory vaccines & pandemic bill in Melbourne

It's the second week in a row people have rallied against the proposed pandemic legislation.

Thousands of people have gathered outside the Victorian Parliament & State Library in Melbourne, protesting against vaccine mandates and a proposed pandemic bill.

The massive crowd has chanted 'kill the bill' as they did last week, slamming the proposed bill that some have labelled "tyrannical."

Others have held signs opposing COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

A spokesperson from Victoria Police has told Channel 9 that authorities "are aware" of the rally, and that a high police presence is in attendance to ensure no COVID-19 breaches occur.
