The national anti-corruption commission bill has passed through the House of Representatives in Canberra, and could pass through the senate as soon as next Friday.


It's also just 1 day out from the Victorian election, with donkey voting in the spotlight.


Victorian Premier Dan Andrews, who's facing a challenge from 13 incumbents in his seat of Mulgrave, drew the number 1 position on the ballot paper.
